Why are some people inclined to act so jerky?

I would like to really call them a jerk,
but being aware that the action does not
the person make, precludes me from doing that.

What I really don't get is why people call me
to do something with them, but don't want to
answer my questions. They make think the
answers inconsequential, but there is likely
a reason I am asking.

In addition, when they don't get their way
in the first few moments (ironically someone
who wants to be controlled) they hang up
the phone or are impatient it makes me
wonder how a hypnotic relationship of some
type would be - although I suspect I DO know.

Variances of opinion happen all of the time,
however - for me - it is how they are handled
that makes all the difference in the world.

A person who thinks he is wasting his money
in the few minutes we are talking is losing
a lot more than a few dollars.

With patience and respect you will get a lot
more out of me than if you demand me to be
a certain way.
