I just read where the author of the movie
Message in a Bottle got the essence of
his story from. It is no wonder why the
story has the emotional note that it does.
(See my previous blog entry on my experience
with the movie).
I won't say more than that, as I know some
are not big on spoilers. However if you
are interested in knowing what I found out,
just ask, and I will tell you...or just do
some research for yourself. Apparently if
what I read is true, he discussed it in an
article for the New York Times when the
book came out.
