I recently saw an article about a church being
moved from the north to the south. Some are
thrilled about it others, not so much.
The reason I mention it here is because of the
last couple of paragraphs that talk about the
statue of St. Gerard being "beheaded" while
being moved.
It is the perfect example of perspective
conforming to whatever one wishes it to be.
We do it all the time. Often, though, we just
don't notice it enough to realize what it is.
And we wonder why we can't get along sometimes!?
