Previously I spoke of Leo Buscaglia. A man who
wrote a book simply called, Love.
In it he says something about how our vulnerability
is one of the greatest gifts we can give another.
Being able to be open to another isn't always easy,
and often the tendency is likely to go another way
especially when there is fear or previous pain.
For a long time now I have been a witness to the
vulnerability of those who I have spoken with. At
times I must say I am quite honored by the willingness
to be open with me. Some really amazing and beautiful
things happen in the process.
It makes me sad sometimes when I see that trust
betrayed and manipulated. I always want to leave
a person who comes to me with nothing less of
themselves when we started, and possibly even
better off than when we began.
So much pleasure (and more) awaits.
As I said when you showed up here,
"Thank you for coming into my world."
