Who wants to be hypnotized when they could be hypnotouched*?

(It's ALL) About Me (yeah, right!)

I am about many things...to box me into ONE would be a very big mistake.

People experience me as intelligent and offbeat, with a perspective that is NOT down the worn path.
Those who enjoy speaking with me quite frequently find things they didn't even know they were looking for.
If what I have to say seems interesting or might be helpful to you, let's talk!

There is a chat box in the right column,
feel free to chat with others when I am not there, or with me, when I am.
(If you're hearing *blips* while visiting, there is likely to be conversation going on at the time).

Pure Love: The Gift | MP3

Expectations always change
things, and when it comes
to Love, there is almost
nothing worse, or more
difficult.

The problem is all of the
things that get attached to
Love, and in the process
"become Love."

She couldn't possibly love
me, or she would understand.

He couldn't possibly love
me, or he would get me
flowers, or jewelry
(or whatever).

It is with this idea in mind
that I created a special
recording that is all about
Love...Love in its purest
form...Love that we can have
for another human being...
for someone in our family,
a friend, a stranger.

Love in its purest form never
discriminates. Love just IS.

This recording is non-sexual.
My guess is that you might
find it sensual, especially
if you already influenced by
me in some way.

Some people get squeamish
about this four letter word.
However, in its purest form
there is never anything to be
squeamish about. And, better
yet it is an incredible gift.

I hope you'll enjoy.

I hope you have had a wonderful
day...and focused on the parts
that have meant most to you.

"Pure Love"'s Effects on the Brain

The New York Times posted about a
study done on love, and its effects on
one's brain
.

It concludes by saying,

"“I think what we take away from this is that
love is not merely a cultural construction,”
Dr. Aron said. “What the study does suggest
is that love is a powerful force in human life.
What is going on at the deep level of the brain
is pretty much the same everywhere. But of
course how we talk and think about it, what we
do to show it to others, etc., may well be shaped
by culture.”

What is seems the researchers are saying is that
the things we attach to love may vary from culture
to culture, but there seems to be a purity in how
we respond to it in our brain as human beings.

They also say they need to replicate the results
to feel "OK" about what they mean. Perhaps there
are different results to be had, however, if one
is in touch with the purest form
of something, would the results vary?

I created a recording called Pure Love: The Gift,
and those who have listened to it, have often
listened to it many times. I would say we are
all looking for something that nurtures us, and
accepts us for who we are, however when it seems to
come in the form of another person or thing (which
is really love and this person or thing collapsed
into one), it could be scary, as we might lose it.

The beauty is that that thing - that feeling of
being embraced by love and acceptance - is already
inside of us, awaiting our awareness and focus.

Maybe what the researchers have found are people
who are aware and focused, and the brain just
proves it because it was there all the time.

Maybe all we need to do to
feel love is turn it on,
and the love that others
help us feel can help us
do that through our
awareness.

It's the difference between being the light,
and the action it takes to turn it on.

There are light switches everywhere,
but not every light is always turned on.

TLC or Domination?

Does that sound odd to you?

It might.

Who would think they are related?

Probably not too many. However, I would have
to say that in my experience there are many
who want to be dominated who really want and
need some TLC. In that way, they become
related. Some would mistake control for the
missing piece in their life.

Are there that few understanding people and
places to get unconditional love and
understanding and support? I kinda think I
know the answer. The problem is I wish I
didn't.

Why is it so difficult for us to be who we
truly are, and even better, feel the love
that we very much need?

Is it easy to love what people say and do?
Often I'd have to say probably not. However,
love would never require loving actions and
words that don't work for us. It, however,
would allow us to love in spite of them.
(How we express the love, and what we do
with it, is another conversation addressed
in part here
.)

Have you heard my Pure Love: The Gift
recording yet? If not, do yourself a
favor and listen. It lives up to its
name. I promise. Click below and buy.
